Our customers can now view the overall health of our network and any disruptions we encounter.

This feature is currently only available to EIS clients and requires that they be connected to their personal client interface.

In the event of personal problems with the services provided by EIS, our customers are warmly invited to complete a support ticket. This function is now available via their personal interface and this in order to assure our customers of an effective follow-up of the interventions on the possible problems they encounter and the resolution of these.
