It is now possible to credit and provision your customer account under the following conditions and amounts:
- At least one active order must already have taken place on your account with EIS,
- The minimum amount of the credit deposit is 50 EUR,
- The maximum amount of a deposit may not exceed 500 EUR,
- Finally, the maximum balance in your account cannot currently exceed 500 EUR.
This facility was set up at the request of customers wishing to anticipate payments and avoid forgetting payments and thus also the costs linked to late payments and possible service interruptions.
The above amounts may be changed without notice.
